Were you still going to post Chad’s recommended book list as a blog post? I was hoping to find it here – didn’t write it down in the hope you guys would do that for us 🙂
By the way – great podcast!
now that you have that slick button functionality to add more warmup and cool down time, you could have a button that adds a 30 second sprint to an otherwise easy workout
You should put amazon links so you can make money 🙂
Hi! I love your podcast, and was extremely happy to get a great book list. I am a little curious how “The Obesity Code” made the cut, as I believe you guys have said on a few occasions that “keto-adapted” is not the way to go with endurance athletics. Did I mishear, misunderstand, or should we be more focused on the “How to Eat” section of the book, rather than the “When to Eat” section? Thanks for the great podcast!
Hey Grafton!
The reason Chad really likes this book is because it’s a resource that elucidates some pretty weighty nutrition matters better than any other book he has read on the vast topic. It’s almost entirely principle-based with some suggestions on what to eat based on actual dietary needs/lifestyle/health status. Also, the book dives very deep into the science of what they are saying and it doesn’t have a “one way or the highway” approach to nutrition. It gives you scientific evidence from different angles of nutrition and allows you to take that knowledge and apply it to your individual situation. 🙂
Any chance anyone caught all the Russian names? I got Vladimir Issurin and Anatoliy Bondarchuk.
