Hey all,
We’ve made some recent changes to our forum guidelines around how we work through athlete cases in public threads. Below is what we’ve added, and also here’s a link to where this lives on our forum for reference.
Posting About Your TrainerRoad Account
From time to time, athletes post about their training plans, adaptations, or other aspects of their TrainerRoad experience. We love that! But context is everything. Without it, it’s really hard for anyone to give you a helpful answer, and it’s easy for a post to paint an incomplete picture.
If you’re posting about your TrainerRoad account or training, we strongly encourage you to include screenshots or other relevant details so the community (and our team) can fully understand your situation. The more context you share, the better the conversation will be.
If you don’t include that context, our moderators or team members may ask for your permission to share relevant account details to help clarify the situation. We want to make sure everyone has the full picture.
If you decline to allow a moderator or TrainerRoad team member to share that context, we reserve the right to remove the post. We don’t want incomplete or potentially misleading information living on the forum. It’s not fair to you, to us, or to other athletes who might read it.
If you do have a question about your account or confusion about how the product is working for you, but don’t want to share details about your training and/or training calendar, we’d recommend opening a support ticket by emailing Support@TrainerRoad.com.
