Is there a sanctioned way to submit feature requests? Other than posting here or emailing support, of course.

Those are the best ways.

  1. Direct email to support@trainerroad.com
  2. Post here in the TrainerRoad category, and add the “feature-request” tag as well. (Which I did above for reference.)
