I searched and didn’t see an obvious answer.
I want a 2x/week plan that uses adaptive training to adjust the workouts. I can use plan builder LV to create a 3 workout a week plan, then manually delete one of them.
Will adapative training “understand” that I want a 2/week plan and work with that? The alternative is just using train now twice a week but I prefer having the calendar filled ahead of time.

Thanks for the reply and I checked out that thread. I don’t see whether adaptive training keeps the workouts progressing if you make manual edits like deleting 1x workout per week.
LV Sprint and Olympic I think are 2/wk
