Yesterday’s, forgot to post. (Thought this thread would’ve taken off a bit more than it has!) I’ll prop it up for now

I’m religious about cooked lunches. This is my pressure cooker Briam and a fish finger.

Local garlic/rosemary chicken sausage, Uncle Ben’s whole grain medley (brown rice, quinoa), broccoli.

I love the Uncle Ben’s rice in a bag that takes 90 secs in the microwave. Tons of different rice/flavor options too.

I have this regular habit of checking the forum after lunch and always forget about this thread until then.

Recently I had a little problem with Late July chips and Chipotle Bitchin Sauce. Went cold turkey and stopped buying both. Love love love me some bitchin sauce.

Me too! My wife and I have been buying it since the days when it was only available at the local Farmers Market.

What’s the app you use there to count your carbs?

When do you add the curry powder?

  1. Sear the veggies
  2. Add the curry powder/jerk seasoning/whatever
  3. Dump veggies into egg mix in bowl
  4. Return to pan on higher heat
  5. Flip the mix however you can

I use a non-stick pan

I was going to post mine today but don’t think anyone is going to get excited about a crisp sandwich (the stuff of legends during my youth in the UK). Two slices of seeded bread, spread or butter, packet of walkers ready salted or seabrook salted crisps emptied onto the first slice, other slice squished down on top.
usually i have something far more involved/thoughtful but it’s all we had in.

I find this absolutely fascinating lol. Both the crisps (I assume US potato chips) on a sandwich, as well as butter as a condiment…
