Today’s random lunch…
Jasmine rice, carrot, peas, egg and Linda McCartney vegan sausages, splash of dark soy sauce. Approx 800 cals.
Oh nice. I’ve turned into a big fan of cubed roasted sweet potatoes mixed with random veggies and chicken. I usually toss them with coriander, cumin, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, and toss them in the air fryer
Quick leftovers of Moriheya (green) noodles, tofu cooked with turmeric (why it’s yellow), random veg, and sriracha of course. ![]()
I will probably be hungry in a few hours and have 1 or 2 nut butter on toast before my 90 min SS workout.
I don’t often eat salads for lunch but there was an avocado that needed eating and a little bit of pea shoots left in the container that wouldn’t last another day…
Today was leftover pasta from a restaurant outing last night. And an apple.
