This. But I’m also curious of the variety. I know you (@Nate_Pearson) subscribe to Matt Fitzgerald’s Endurance Diet so I’m curious about what else you are specifically eating besides good carbs. I think other examples of high quality food for us, as cyclists, would be cool. I’m always looking for new/improved food ideas.

I really like that you share what you’re eating. I have such a hard time cooking new stuff for my family and figuring out what I need to eat myself that your feed is a super-contribution. Or could be. :wink:

Doesn’t really matter for me since I don’t follow many people but others might have an opinion.

As stories then add to different collections like pre-workout, dinner etc. then people can see what you’re eating and the variety across different meal times and focuses

I’m pretty sure theres like four of us on all of trainerroad optimizing their lives. Mostly people are just trying to get faster on their bikes! Which is where @Nate_Pearson, @Chad and @Jonathan come in.

Optimizing life requires devotion to fine food and drink, travel, culture, etc…
