So I’m about to head into a recovery week. At the end of the week, I’m headed to St. George to ride mtbs and scout some courses. I don’t expect to ride too hard while there but perhaps some longer endurance days (at least, as much as you get that on mtbs). Would it be better to take my ramp test for my next training block on Friday, before I head down, or on Tuesday after I get home? I think I’ll be more rested on Friday than Tuesday, but Tuesday starts the next training block. Thoughts?
