This week is the start of a new training block for me. I’m doing a 60 mile ride tomorrow so I had the option of
- Tuesday ramp test, Wednesday 60mile gravel ride and Thursday my workout which I think I would be tired from Wednesday ride
- Tuesday ramp test, then Thursday workout, Wednesday I can just enjoy the ride and not worry about messing up a workout since I have already done it. Rest Thursday for intervals this weekend.
Well I went with option 2. The workout out might have hurt a little more then it should have. But man it feels good to have it knocked out knowing I have 2 rest days
