I’m currently 2 weeks into the base Olympic distance triathlon plan, but realise I could be better off switching to the mid volume plan. I know I have to delete my current low volume plan first.
I wanted to know if I decide to switch back to low from mid volume, will it have remembered my current progress so I can easily switch back?
You can simply edit your existing plan and it will continue from that point using all the previous workout data. If at some point, you want to go back, edit it again.
