Getting started with TrainerRoad is simple so you can focus on what really matters: becoming a faster cyclist. Here’s how.
Step 2: Download the App
After you sign up, you’ll need to install the TrainerRoad app to workout. It's available for iOS, Android, Windows and Mac.
Step 3: Pair Your Devices
Once you've installed the app, you'll need to pair your devices before you start training. TrainerRoad pairs with most ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart devices.
Step 4: Your First Power Test
The time has come for your first ride! Your first workout will be the Ramp Test. This test gives you the most accurate estimate of your current fitness. Upon completion, all your workouts will be automatically scaled to your personal fitness level (FTP).
Step 5: Choose a Training Plan
Choose from one of the many highly-effective training plans included with your membership. If you are between plans, you can choose from hundreds of other structured workouts. Or, you can create your own with the built-in Workout Creator.
