On Friday I have nationals TT (~30min) and on Sunday nationals road race (2.5h).
What do to on Saturday?
And a bonus question: how to taper for this?

Eat. Sleep. Eat. Lie down. Have a gentle recovery spin, 90 minutes max, don’t even get close to getting out of breath. Eat some more. Sleep some more.
Assuming you are decided on how you focus your training between the 2 events, I would just taper as if your more draining event (the 2.5 hour road race) is on Friday.
