Hi all, I hope you are doing fine! Due to current corona virus I am trying to avoid running outside and pools are closed so I am left with my indoor trainer. Currently I am on Build - Half traithlon plan but without swimming and running I feel I could be doing more, but I am not sure how to change my plan. Initial idea was to change to TT plan as this is very similar to half triathlon but I would like to hear more opinions. Thasnk!
