Training after a crash

Hi guys,

I recently started using trainerroad, and i am very surpriced on how it is - only positive things to say.
But here is my problem… I recently entered a training plan, and i’m about halfway through but i’v just had a crash this weekend, which means i have to take a break… Nothing serious happend - thank god.

Is it a good idea, to start over or do i simply continue when i’m good to go?

These also depend on the time of your break, as well as the severity of any related injury. As usual, the slow and steady return is good to consider, to limit the risk of over doing your return.
