Train Now, always

What happens if I just pick a Train Now workout every time? I don’t like doing a big long plan and prefer the spontaneity. Does it consider a goal event should I add one? Does it matter if you have a lot of room to grow from a fitness perspective. It seems to recommend things you haven’t done lately, is there more to it?
