Recovery after mogul skiing

Went skiing last week with friends. Four days of all bumps, all day. Now 5 days out and legs still sore. Should I push it and ride or continue to rest.

I resume easy recovery rides and Z2 endurance rides until the DOMS goes away.

Maybe all the moguls will give you a 20 point ftp bump when all is said and done. :slight_smile:
