Re-Set Training Plan Due To Missing Day At The Start

I started base last week. My bike is due to go into the shop this week, and I may not have it for three or four days. Is it worth it to just miss the training days, or should I just restart the training plan after getting the bike back? If I just miss the training days, I feel like I may be cheating the plan over-all.

Unless you are fixed on timing to meet a specific event date (locked number of weeks in plans before the big one), I would just restart from the beginning.
