No pool/treadmill - change plan on plan builder?

Hey all,

I had plan builder all set up for a 70.3 in July but I no longer have access to a pool or treadmill so I was thinking of increasing my bike frequency (currently 3 days/week) to maybe 5 days.

Is there a way to do this on plan builder without screwing everything up? Also any suggestions for increasing frequency. Things to look out for etc?!?


Find the start date of your current block of training, and change just that block. The rest of the plan should remain as is.
