Re-populate workouts after deleting a week off (time away)?

I have a week of time off planned in my 70.3 plan in July. But I need to run that week since the race is Aug 18th. I deleted the annotation in hopes it would give me a week of workouts after refreshing, but it didn’t populate any training that week. Would be great to have an option for “run only” (or ride only) annotations for times when you don’t have your bike or can’t run, etc.

I went ahead and updated your training plan so the workouts could re-populated. When you deleted the annotation did you accept the “Adapt Plan”?

If you don’t accept it, then the workouts won’t repopulate.

I will send the team your feature request to have a for “run only” (or ride only) annotations for times when you don’t have your bike or can’t run, etc. :slight_smile:

In the meantime, you can go ahead and skip the workouts you won’t be doing and just complete the runs. Adaptive Training will take this into account and recommend any adaptations to your training plan if needed.
