i need a maintenance program for two races on july ( marathona delle Dolomiti and Dolomiti super bike).
i have used trainerroad and i have completed
sweet pot low volume
sweet pot II low volume
-General Build phase low volume
Speciality phase Marathon cross country ( i have failed the last two weeks) - I FEEL TIRED
my actual ftp IS 235
for the moment i need to rest ( 1/2 weeks) and then? can you help me ?

if I could add something to above suggestion I would point you to pay more attention to recover and nutrition: starting to sleep more and to eat well,even, if necessary, counting carbs, proteins, kcal and so on …
