Macha Tea - benefits and drawbacks

Hi all,

I’ve listened on the podcast about various different natural antioxidants but also their potential drawbacks.

I recently start having a look at macha tea and discovered a whole plethora of training benefits. Given the powder nature rather than infusing leaves it offers much more than traditional green tea. However, I was wondering if @Nate or Chad had any info on any potential drawbacks.

Seems like a really nice morning alternative to traditional tea.

Any deep dives or thoughts would be great



I don’t know of any drawbacks. I take green tea extract every day.

Be careful at first. Just a little matcha powder goes a long way. My first couple tries I used way too much and was pinging and sick to my stomach.

Yeh I heard about this. Certainly give toiletry issues
