Hi Guys,
On July of 2019 I had an accident where I was hit by a truck while training on my bike, I had some broken bones (T4-T10 Fracture, RIB fractures from 9’ to 12’, acetabulum fracture and dislocated shoulder) after making over 50 physical therapies I started to ride my bike again indoor a few weeks ago.
It has been hard to find the discipline and get use to a lower training form, any advises to start training again?
I have been doing some base training an recently a Ramp FTP test to discover which is my actual form.
