Hope it’s not a silly question. How exactly do you read results of AC test?. Is it just best avg power from the segments? Does TR store them somewhere? Thanks.
On our website (or in the app), take a look at the “Intervals” table when you hover over each interval in the workout image, @Double-A. The average power is what you’re after. Don’t use NP in cases where the intervals are as short as these, save that for the 20-minute & longer jobbers.
