Using TR to get Power Profile


Can you use your results from TR’s H.A. & A.C. Power Profile Test in conjunction with the the Ramp test to acquire your power profile?

If not, is there another method to acquire your power profile on the trainer?

Oops! Missed that last paragraph. Thanks for pointing that out.

Was hoping I could use the ramp test’s easy repeatability along with this power profile test to get my power profile. But thats okay, I’ll just need to suffer through the 8min or 20min FTP test.

Well since you are doing 5-min on the AC & HC test, doing a long test seems like a better option if you really care about getting a decent power curve.
