Gotta lock this eating thing in

What would be the best book, or web site you could recommend for educating me on on making a diet for myself to succeed in the sport we all love. I am a recreational group rider but feel I am not harvesting the low hanging fruit of improvement that a truly cyclist structured diet would supply. I don’t want a complex scientific book but rather something that will allow me to build a diet for my goals and lifestyle.

Recommendations appreciated

The Endurance Diet by Matt Fitzgerald is a good read and very popular here. I’m sure someone will jump in with a link or something with more recommendations.
