Im doing general build MV, and is going on Holliday in week 7 of the plan. I have the possibility to do some training on the hotel, so Im planning to move the week 8 recovery week to week 7 while on Holliday. How would you then suggest to pick up again when I get home? Would you just do week 7 and then on to the speciality plan. That would give me 4 weeks of load before the next recovery week, or would you adjust in another way?
