6 weeks until event DH

So, my training so far this year has been next to non existent since December.

I’ve just found a downhill time trial I want to enter, however it’s only 6 weeks away. It consists of 3 trails with a fire road sprint between them.

My question is… which plan should I focus on for this 6weeks? I’m thinking short power build as I don’t really need to factor in endurance.
