Is my question guaranteed to get answered?
Due to the number of questions we receive each week, we aren’t able to answer every question. We answer training questions that offer the most benefit to the most people — which change every week!
What are the best questions to ask?
All questions are welcome, but the ones we most often select to be answered on the show are unique (so not a question we’ve answered many times before) and descriptive, yet short in nature.
Do I have to be a TrainerRoad user to submit a question?
Nope! Any athlete with a cycling-related question can submit a question.
