I’ve been a user since 2020 and have really valued the platform, but I’m finding it increasingly difficult to stay consistent with the current version of the product. Back when the structured, pre-defined plans were available, I experienced great adherence and solid performance gains.
I primarily rotated through Sweet Spot Base 1 & 2 (mid/high volume) followed by Sustained Power Build (mid volume). Those predictable, repeatable workouts gave me a strong sense of confidence—I knew what to expect and could track my progress clearly.
Since switching to AI-based training, the constantly changing workouts have been mentally challenging for me. I understand this may be a personal hurdle, but I find it difficult to commit when I can’t rely on familiarity or past success with a workout. The inconsistency is making it hard to maintain my training rhythm. It sucked the fun out of training for me.
Would it be possible to get a screenshot or archive of the old plans so I can manually rebuild and schedule them in my calendar?

P.S. Yes, I could scroll back and review what I did back then, but it wouldn’t be a 100% accurate reflection of the original TrainerRoad plans. I every now and then had to swap workouts or add new ones due to life circumstances.
