The new AI is pretty cool, I’ve noticed it tends to tweak the plan based on the expected type of workout (already scheduled) though?
I’m had a forced 2 weeks out due to travel and illness but the type of workouts is still not adjusted, I just land back into week 4 of the original plan?
I guess I should just reschedule the whole plan. Have lost fitness over winter with cold bugs but working towards big ride in July, so as in 50s am hoping to get back on track carefully without blowing up again.
I would expect it to have adjusted for missed workouts. Did you mark your time off as travel / illness in your calendar? Also, does your existing plan have the big July ride as its goal?
