What plan to start with

I’m new here and looking to start up a plan I’m currently doing some workouts on Zwift and my form is okay ftp is 258 use to do between 450-550 tss a week what plan should I start with?
My goal is to race categorize D road race next year and I’ve been doing okay struggling a bit with all the surges (vo2) 1-4 min power
