Training Plan Adjustment for Fatigue

Apologies in advance as I know this has been asked before but I can’t for the life of me find the post.
I want to put a week of easy riding in my plan next week as I have suddenly gone from being able to complete my workouts to being not even close, even with dropping them down from a 5.0 to a 3.0. I can only assume/hope that I’m fatigued as nothing else has changed. What is the best way to do this? Do I leave the planned workout on my calendar and just add the one I want to do or do I tell TR I’m ill or taking a week off so it hopefully pushes my plan back a week then add the endurance rides I plan to do for the next week?

You can use annotations to denote a period of rest. It is planned to, though I’m not 100% on the exact amount yet, change the plan based on proximity to rest week and upcoming workouts etc.
