Any idea what I am doing wrong?
Are you located in a country like Germany or so where the decimal delimiter is a comma, not a period?
Yes, but it doesn’t matter what I enter “99,0” , “99” or “99.0”, the form immediately converts any input to “99.0”. And when pressing “update information” I get that error.
I tried switching to imperial units and enter the weight in lbs, but got the same result.
I’d say something at TR is broken.
I see. In that case, I’d contact support. As a workaround you could enter 98.9 or 99.1. Does that work?
Hey there @Slowwithouttwitch,
Sorry for the trouble! I’ve gone in and switched your weight to 99.0.
I’ve seen this issue pop up a few times in the past, and I’m not 100% sure what the cause is. I’m going to poke around a bit and see if I can get any insights about this.
Let me know if things look good on your account now.
If you lose 100g you can try 98.9, see if that works!
99 is imaginary weight, nobody weights that. If your weight is 100+ and you decide to loose some units to get your weight to two figure reading, this might work for second but it will never settle to 99.
Facing the same issue right now while updating my profile to be “public”
71.0 do not work
I weigh 27371 gummy bears.
I always use my Zwift weight which is 47kg
@edoBNC, are you still having issues with this?
Checked right now, still there
Same for me, still doesn’t work.
Can you please set me to 98Kg?
Sorry, I am on a diet. I’ll have to ask you every few days until someone fixes it
If you have the TR mobile app you can adjust the weight in the app and the homepage will sync. Is your system language different from your browser settings?
Thank you, that indeed works.
Hey @Slowwithouttwitch, I just sent you an email asking for some more info with the hopes of being able to figure this one out. Take a look when you can!
Thanks for your help.
Just mailed you back the info…
