Sweet pot I ended

hi, i have done the base phase… i have finished mid volume I
i have missed tottaly ( in 6 weeks) 5 training sessions.
my questions are ( training for xc marathon):

  • how many time i have to rest before to start a new phase?
  • have i to choose sweet pot II ?
  • it better mid volume or low volume ( 5 training sessions missed) ?
  • can i skip swet pot II and go to build phase?


Hi best to follow the plan and go to SSB II . if you think you can do all workouts continue with Mid Volume if you think for the next weeks this will be difficult switch to low volume and add some workouts where you can .
