hi, i have done the base phase… i have finished mid volume I
i have missed tottaly ( in 6 weeks) 5 training sessions.
my questions are ( training for xc marathon):
- how many time i have to rest before to start a new phase?
- have i to choose sweet pot II ?
- it better mid volume or low volume ( 5 training sessions missed) ?
- can i skip swet pot II and go to build phase?
