St. George and thanks TrainerRoad!

Just began TR this January- and completed my “B” race last weekend- St. George half. Was able to shave 13 minutes off last year’s time… and I don’t feel nearly as wiped out as I did last year (despite the fact that work schedules and some soreness issues kept me from being 100% with all of the half distance mid volume workouts. Thanks Trainer Road!


Nice! That race is on my bucket list but I’m in on the east coast so a bit of a trek. It’s a challenging course, no?

Yes it’s a beautiful course- but +3,000’ climb on the bike and +1,200’ climb on the run… the hills are a bit challenging…
