Sick.... TR needs a button

I can’t be the only one struggling with this, I have the flu, I’m I am about a third of the way into my plan, next week is an off week with no intervals. Today is a threshold day, but I am sick….

TR needs an easy way to skip a Plan workout and tell it why (Sick, Work, other, etc) so that it can adjust accordingly

I’ve already searched the forums for a GOOD answer as to what to do, there are lots of old 404 links and talks of how this is being worked on, but I’m struggling to find a good answer on what I should actually do.

Click on today in your calendar and add “illness.”

Add an “illness” annotation to your calendar for the days you’re sick, your plan will adapt accordingly.

Got it thank you. So this is not in app? Or am I missing it here?

IIRC, annotating time off does nothing different than just skipping the workout. As was explained awhile ago, AI just knows that you skipped a workout and does not consider the reason in making adaptations. Maybe the New and Improved AI is different?

In the app, go to your calendar and click on the red +. Scroll down to training adjustments and pick illness.
