How to handle illness with new AI update?

I’m coming down with a cold, and was wondering how to handle that with the new update. Do I just skip workouts and let AI do its thing, or is there something specific I should do to let it know I’m sick?

Same as before, add an “illness” annotation to the calendar and let the plan adapt.

I’m dealing with it too and find it confusing what to do. Everyone just says add illness to your calendar, which I get and did, but what about making up what I skipped due to illness?

I got sick in my 3rd week of base 1. Feel fine now but missed those harder 3rd week workouts. It has me going right into 4th week doing the recovery endurance week. I marked my calendar with illness and expected TR to shift my recovery week out a week further and prompt me to do my 3rd week of base that I missed…but no, it has me doing recovery. Should I not edit some of week 4 to add in some sweet spot and threshold so I don’t miss out on the 3rd week entirely?

In the past before AI I would have just repeated week 3 (which I missed) in week 4, and done the recovery week in week 5. Making it a 5 week base phase before going to Base 2

Don’t delete or move the planned workout to a later day that was skipped?
