The thread in the topic line is a couple of years old. With advancements in the software, what is the best way to interrupt a week due to illness? As of today (tues), I’m not sure if I’ll hit my workout today or Thursday. Does AI adapt the plan or do I somehow “create a rest week” this week?
- I can try to search to find Ivy’s answer, but I believe using the “Illness” annotation (covering the range of sickness) is the current solution.
- AT should adjust your plan in one way or another (lots of variables at play, so can’t list specifics without TR review).
