Return from short injury

I had just started SS base training a few weeks ago. Due to a couple of injuries I am in the middle of my first week of no working out. It will probably be another week or so until I can start training again if all heals well. So a hopefully pretty short time off. At this point in my base training, would it make the most sense to start the base training plan over from scratch w a ramp test and starting back at week 1? I’m just training for general fitness and health - done w racing at least for the time being. So just trying to stay fit. Thanks
