Reputable red-light therapy (LLLT) products?

Does anyone have any suggestions for LLLT products, specifically for joints like knees and shoulders?

My wife and her friend use a cold lazer called HD Cure S.
They say it works. Both have lower back and knee issues. I have never used it so I can’t say it works or not.
