Power Test 30s, 2m and 5m

Tried the Power Test 30s, 2m and 5m workout earlier and was surprised that it didn’t seem to automatically switch off erg mode in the test intervals (pretty sure that the older FTP tests used to).

I don’t see how it works as a test if the trainer is being held at target %'s of FTP - Do you need to run this workout in resistance mode or did I miss something?

Not sure which power test you are referencing. This one definitely switches you into resistance mode

If it doesn’t switch you automatically then you should use resistance mode
