Plan Recalculation: Tips Plz


My A (climbing road race) was just moved from 13th of September to 8th of November. Next week is my last reca week of SSB 2.

Any suggestions how I can recalculate TP? Should I redo base again? If yes both parts or only 1 or 2 and how many times? Or maybe I should have off of structured training for a couple of weeks?


To avoid questions why someone should be peaking in November have to mention I am based in Aus. :smiley:
