Plan ending and known break approaching

So I have about 2 weeks left in my LV SSB1 plan… 2 weeks after my plan ends I know I’ll have to have about a 2 week break where I won’t be able to do anything on the bike.

Should I bother starting SSB2 knowing I can only do a small amount of it before I have to be off the bike for 2 weeks? Or would I be better off officially starting the plan after the forced break and just choose ad-hoc workouts to do for the period between SSB1 ending and that break beginning?

Welcome to the forum!

In your shoes, I’d repeat weeks 4 and 5 of SSB1, and jump into SSB2 when I got back. But, if picking and choosing motivates you, do that! Consistency is king, and whatever keeps you in the pattern of getting on the bike a few times a week is best.

Thanks, that sounds like a better plan than cherry picking my favorite workouts from SSB1  I think I’ll go that route and then jump into SSB2 when I come back and complete the entire phase.
