I’m doing a race the weekend after next and I was surprised that my training volume has been reduced this week. I was just wondering if this was normal. I’m doing a low volume XC Olympic Plan. When I look at the non custom Specialty Plans, they don’t have this reduction 2 weeks out. I need to spend some time on my mountain bike, so I’m just going to add in a couple low intensity rides on my mountain bike anyway, but was curious if others are seeing this too:
