The only good coconut water is straight out of a young coconut and that would be too tasty to waste by mixing it with anything. Coconut water in a can or tetrapak is pasteurized and expensive so not as healthy as you would think. Almond milk is really watered down and likely has some preservatives. I prefer to add organic shredded coconut and a few almonds or other nuts to the smoothie and use water as the mixing beverage.
