Moving last Threshold WO of Build into recovery week?

The weather is looking brilliant this weekend and I was thinking about pushing tomorrow’s workout (last WO of Build LV) early into next week which is a recovery week so that I can get out and just enjoy some long easy miles. As long as I still rest and recover proper next week and not miss any of the endurance rides, will moving Saturday’s WO to say Mon or Tues have any affect on workout compliance or AI FTP?

There should be no problems by doing what you listed.

These days weather definitely influences my training. We have got tons of rain here so any sunny day I take advantage of getting outside. Moving a workout or even skipping it is worth it in my opinion!
