I’m on LV Build plan and it’s recovery week next week.
I’m wondering about skipping the workouts as I commute for an hour 5 days a week anyway. I’ll also be doing my usual moderate level family ride on Sunday and my usual running, so with build being a bit more intense, I may feel more benefit from a bit more rest and come into the second block firing in all cylinders.
Same her. However with C-19 restriction having me WFH I will actually do the recovery rides for the first time. Kind of “nervous” how I’ll cope with 90 min endurance on the trainer…
