So I’m in isolation sadly and can’t train on my kickr, I’m currently doing a 3 day/3.5hr per week training plan. So to keep busy I’ve been doing some YouTube aerobic/body weight style workouts, which to be quite frank have totally stuffed me! I found them much harder in total compared to the bike training, and realise that the bike training is a very specific kind of fitness. What I’d like to know is, I’d like to do some of these style sessions, while also doing my kickr/Trainerroad sessions already set up, but I’m not sure how to fit the timing in. The sessions on Tues/Thurs/Sat are pretty hard and tiring and so not sure how to time the specific body weight aerobic/cardio stuff around my bike sessions. Any advice please? Thanks, Ari.
