Mass Shift of planned workouts?

Is there a way to move a large number of planned workouts? My current is T-Th, S+S. I have changes coming up that mean my new availability is M-W, F+S.

Is there a way to move large numbers of scheduled/planned workouts by a day or number of days? Or do I need to move each item one by one?

Step #2 in the process below allows you to alter the pre-set days for each workout. This should do what you want by allowing you to shuffle the workouts between days in the week as desired. You just ignore the Volume side of the article.
