I am 25 weeks out from Leadville 100 MTB and I just used the Plan Builder feature to set up a Mid Volume plan for the race. That was easy! Are there any other “supplemental” pieces to the training plan that TrainerRoad can provide? For example, strength training, nutrition, etc? I listen weekly to the podcast, which does a great job hitting most of the specific topics, I just wasn’t sure if there was something more “structured” to go along with the plan. I know that I seem like I am asking a lot for my $15 a month. I just want to make sure that I am not missing any other features that TR offers. Thanks and keep up the great work!
Have good core strength, grip strength, etc. >8 hours is a long time to ride a mtb, your back, forearms and hamstrings will get tired. Even doing suitcase carries and deadlifts will help considerably.
